Why take a PMI-PBA® Certification class and who should take it?

The PMI-PBA® Certification is for both project managers and business analysts with a project management background as BA's and PMs collaborate together on projects and the BA owns the project's requirements.  This PMI-PBA class starts with organizational need assessments, opportunity identification, change management policies and procedures, elicitation of requirements and requirements specifications, traces requirements backwards and forwards and a project evaluation

Throughout the class you will learn about alignment of projects to an organization's goals and objectives, about how to start and finish the project, how to take an organization through change, business models and more.  This class comes with the materials you need to know, and the practice exams you need to do, starting on the last day of class, so you can pass the PMI-PBA Exam.

This is a great class with a very highly experienced instructor.  You will learn no much.  More than 99% of our trainees have passed.  Send neredahaque@smartpathllc.com your resume if you have questions about your qualification.  See all PMI-PBA detailsSee class locations, dates and times.  Like lots of others, you'll be glad you did.  SmartPath LLC has been training project managers since 2008 and our Director of Education has been doing it for about 25 years including 17 years for large global teams.  Classes are available Onsite in Washington DC, Bellevue-Seattle area, or via Live Video Conference.
