PMI-ACP® for Agile Certification, Oct 1,2 in Wash DC or Live Video Conference

PMI-ACP® Certification stands for PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.  You are above Scrum Master as a Scrum Master is just an Agile PM.  The Agile Certified Practitioner thoroughly understands all industry best practices for agile, all accepted methodologies besides Scrum, and all roles, such as Developer, Agile PM or Product Owner.  Besides, it is equated to the PMI organization and the same elevated stands of the PMP Certification, PMI-PBA Certification, PgMP Certification and so forth.

PMI-PBA® Certification is a great PDU class

The PMI-PBA® certification with Prep training is from Aug 8 to 11 from 8 AM to 5:45 PM in the Washington Square Building, 5th Floor, in Washington DC, at SmartPath LLC.  This PMI-PBA Certification comes with Exam Prep and it is relatively easy to pass this exam.  Take 4 days of class, finish 947 online quizzes (30 days subscriptions starts on the last day of class), understand the workflows, materials are included. Why take a PMI-PBA® Certification class and who should take it?

The PMI-PBA® Certification is for both project managers and business analysts with a project management background as BA's and PMs collaborate together on projects and the BA owns the project's requirements.  This PMI-PBA class starts with organizational need assessments, opportunity identification, change management policies and procedures, elicitation of requirements and requirements specifications, traces requirements backwards and forwards and a project evaluation
